We are pleased to announce that our acquisition offer of the ATE Châteauroux Operation was accepted by the Commercial Court of Toulouse on 4 October 2019 and confirmed on the 9th of October.
The acquisition of ATE fits perfectly into our Aftermarket & VIP paint market sector development strategy and will increase our capacity by 40 percent. Based at the Marcel Dassault Airport in Châteauroux, ATE has two paint facilities for wide-body aircraft up to A330 / B777, one for A320/ B737 NG and one facility for Regional Jets and Turbo props. ATE employs forty people and we are delighted to count them among our colleagues as of today.
Châteauroux will become our center of excellence in Europe for the repainting of long-haul aircraft in Europe with capacity for up to 75 aircraft per year. The facilities are OEM approved and are fully equipped with the latest technology for heating, extraction and environmental control.
The know-how of the Satys Group combined with that of the Châteauroux teams will enable us to offer a quality product and competitive service that will meet and exceed the requirements of our Airline, VIP and Lease Company clients
